Havilon AssetView™ collects information you provide directly — account details, property data, tenant records, and financial information entered into the platform. We also collect usage data including log files, access timestamps, and feature usage patterns to improve the platform.
We use collected information to provide the AssetView platform, generate automated reports and receipts, deliver email and SMS communications you configure, and improve platform performance. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your property or financial data for advertising purposes.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. PostgreSQL databases are hosted on infrastructure with daily automated backups and 30-day retention. Access is controlled by role-based permissions enforced at the application and database layer.
Each company account on AssetView is fully isolated. Your data is never accessible to other companies on the platform. All queries are scoped by company ID at the application level.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following account termination. Upon request, we will provide a full data export in JSON and CSV format. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted from all systems.
AssetView integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), AWS S3 (document storage), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Anthropic (AI features). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for each integration to function.
