By accessing or using Havilon AssetView™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Havilon AssetView is a cloud-based property lifecycle management platform providing tools for asset tracking, trust accounting, lease management, maintenance coordination, compliance monitoring, and related services.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Havilon reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. Havilon does not claim ownership of your property records, financial data, or tenant information. You may export your data at any time from the Closeout module.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable property management regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including trust accounting, tenant communications, and compliance tracking — complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The Service is provided "as is." Havilon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
